The replacement face for the titanium hammer is nonmarring so that it won’t leave framing imprints. You attach the Stiletto steel replacement face to the head with a 3/8-24 threaded black alloy bolt and accompanying 7/32 x 6-inch Allen wrench. The face seats securely into the head with Loctite adhesive. The Stiletto replacement face with bolt aligns with the head slot that holds starter nails against the magnetic sub face.
